Our web shop is developed with Lightspeed software. Personal data that you provide to us for our services are shared with this party. Lightspeed is required by the agreement we have with them to take appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the use of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Webhosting

We use web hosting and e-mail services provided by SpeedLight. SpeedLight processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. SpeedLight has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. SpeedLight is bound by the agreement to secrecy.
E-mail and mailing lists
Lightspeed
We send our newsletters and transactional e-mails using our web shop software 'Lightspeed'. All confirmation e-mails you receive from our website and web forms are sent via Lightspeed's servers. Lightspeed will never use your name and e-mail address for its own purposes. At the bottom of each email sent automatically via our website, you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. If you click this link, you will no longer receive e-mails from our website. This can seriously reduce the functionality of our website! Your personal data are securely sent, stored and retrieved by Lightspeed. Lightspeed uses cookies and other Internet technologies that provide insight into whether e-mails are opened and read. Lightspeed also processes information about you as a recipient and the subject line of e-mails to improve the quality of the service; this data is stored for 30 days. Lightspeed reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and to share information with third parties.
For our regular business e-mail traffic we use the services of LightSpeed. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. LightSpeed has no access to our mailbox and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.
Payment processors
Pay.nl
For handling (part of) the payments in our shop, we use the payment service provider Pay.nl. Pay.nl processes your name, address and residence data and your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. Pay.nl has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Pay.nl reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and in this context (anonymized) data to share with third parties. Pay.nl shares in the case of an application for a deferred payment (credit facility) personal data and order data with post-payment service providers. All the above guarantees regarding the protection of your personal data shall also apply to the parts of Pay.nl 's services for which it engages third parties. We collect reviews through the platform of WebwinkelKeur. If you leave a review through WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide a name and email address. Purpose of data processing
General purpose of processing
We use your data exclusively for the purpose of providing our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the order you provide.
